Please Note: At this time we are not offering shipping of products or merchandise, only beans. We are working on a solution in the near term and will update this page accordingly.

Shipping Policy

After you submit and pay for your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order, and another when your order is out for delivery. Please reach out to us if you don't receive the emails above in the timelines listed below. Adding us to your "safe senders" list and checking your Spam / Junk folder are also advised.

Wholesale / Cafe Customers - Orders must be placed by close of business day Friday (or Thursday if the Friday is an observed holiday) for delivery by the following Friday (This will be sooner if an observed holiday falls on the Friday of expected delivery)

Online Retail Customers - We roast for online orders on Monday of each week to ensure that the orders are packaged up and shipped by Wednesday to be on their way to your loving embrace. Orders must be received by Sunday at 11pm Atlantic (8pm MST) in order to be roasted on Monday.

Shipping within Canada:

Free shipping on orders of more than $140 of coffee. Shipping will cost $12 on orders over $120 and $22 on orders under $100. Merchandise is eligible for free shipping if paired with a purchase of more than $140 of coffee.

Shipping to Other Countries:

Standard shipping rates to any country (other than Canada) will apply.
